Production, Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Keep in mind that All wallpaper and vinyl products are made to order and therefore allow 7-14 business days for production. This does not include weekends and holidays. During sales on the website, the production time may be extended to 25-30 working days. Especially natural fiber wallpapers such as Hemp, Sisal, Raffia, Cork and others, in the case that these wallpapers are in stock it takes about 14 working days to ship, in the case that they are not in stock, production can take up to 30 days. Production times are specific, you may receive your order earlier, but please plan for the full production time. Sample orders are typically delivered within a few business days, but lead times may be 10-14 business days. Delivery times for international orders vary. To cancel an order, you must make your cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase.

1. All Standard shipping orders are produced and shipped out  via USPS Ground Advantage This includes tracking number so you can keep track on your parcel via usps.com. Keep in mind that in order to receive the parcel your signature will be required. 

Customer is responsible to collect the parcel from the post office, if a note is left at your address by the post service in case of failed delivery!

 

In case of Force Majeur, California Wallpaper obligations are procrastinated. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters and similar events. Under such circumstances California Wallpaper will do everything possible to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
