SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Keep in mind that our wallpapers are made to order, which means it takes approximately 3-5 business days for production. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking information.

 

1. All Standard shipping orders are produced and shipped out within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class delivery. This includes tracking number so you can keep track on your parcel via www.track-trace.com or usps.com. Keep in mind that in order to receive the parcel your signature will be required. After the parcel is shipped it will take:

- approx. 7-14 business days to be delivered to countries outside USA such as EU, Canada and Australia, 

- approx. 12-24 business days to countries such as China, Russia and Japan.

- All items travelling within USA are approx. delivered within 5-10 business days.

Customer is responsible to collect the parcel from the post office, if a note is left at your address by the post service in case of failed delivery!

 

2. All FedEx Economy shipping orders are produced and shipped out within 3-5 business days via FedEx Economy Delivery. This delivery is made within 6-10 business days after the parcel is shipped out and you can track it via www.fedex.com. Your signature will be required upon delivery!

 

3. All Fedex Express shipping orders are produced and shipped out within 3-5 business days via FedEx Express Delivery. This delivery is made within 2-3 business days after the parcel is shipped out and you can track it via www.fedex.com. Your signature will be required upon delivery!

 

In case of Force Majeur, California Wallpaper obligations are procrastinated. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters and similar events. Under such circumstances California Wallpaper will do everything possible to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
