Q: What designs of wallpaper do you sell?
A: We sell a variety of wallpaper styles and colors, including textured, patterned, floral, and geometric designs. You can browse our selection on our website to find the perfect wallpaper for your home or office.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping and should arrive within 5-7 business days.
Q: How do I know how much wallpaper to order?
A: We recommend measuring the height and width of the walls you want to cover and using our wallpaper measuring guide on our website to determine how many rolls you'll need. You can also contact us for assistance with estimating your wallpaper needs.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Refund and exchange of wallpaper
California Wallpaper produces custom printed wallpaper, which means that we do not have a restockable stock and we cannot resell the returned material. Currently, California Wallpaper does not offer returns or exchanges, so we always recommend ordering samples.
Q: How do I install the wallpaper?
A: We recommend hiring a professional wallpaper installer for best results, but if you choose to install the wallpaper yourself, please read the instructions carefully and follow them closely. We also offer installation tips and advice on our website to help you with the process.
Q: Can I order samples before I buy?
A: Yes, we offer wallpaper samples for a small fee. You can order samples on our website to get a better idea of how the wallpaper will look and feel in your space.
Q: Can I remove the wallpaper easily?
A: Yes, most of our wallpaper products are removable and won't damage your walls. However, some types of wallpaper may be more difficult to remove than others, so we recommend reading the product description or consulting with a professional installer before making a purchase.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: Can I order wallpaper in custom sizes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizing at this time. However, our rolls are typically 20.5 inches wide and 33 feet long, which should fit most standard walls.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, we'll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
Q: What if my wallpaper arrives damaged?
A: Damaged Wallpaper
We check all wallpaper before shipping, however, defects may still occur. The exchange of such wallpaper will be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received. For removable wallpaper, the panels should not be used. Once the insert has been removed for any reason, the item is non-refundable. Before sending the parcel for exchange, write to us at californiawallpaper@gmail.com to get a refund authorization number.
Q: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
A: Yes, we occasionally offer promotions and discounts on our website or through our email newsletter. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about any current deals.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Q: Do you offer wallpaper installation services?
A: Yes we provide wallpaper installation service in Los Angeles County. For an estimate on installation, please send us a request with the following information: the width of the walls and height (do not subtract doors and windows) and some pictures of your walls.
Q: How do I clean my wallpaper?
A: It's best to avoid using water or harsh cleaning products on wallpaper. Instead, use a soft cloth or brush to gently wipe away any dust or dirt.
